After CHANEL presented their new collection at Paris fashion week in March, shifting the models, pieces and scenery into space, convincing with their creativity once again, I went to Berlin this week to have a look at the collection a little closer. Knee-high, cap-toe boots, metallic Mylar space blankets, Chanel tweeds cut into coats, suits, shirts, trousers or dresses and sparkling xxl bags. I really liked the creativity of sticking to Chanel's brandown and classical materials but shifting everything into modern and spacy context making even conservative seeming shapes or patterns wearable for everyday life.
One of my favourites was this huge pink glitter bag which size unluckily made it very hard to take away secretly. Could have eventually stood out just a little bit.
