Often seen this year on the runway, at online shops, in magazines or the stores, designers playing with proportions. Such as Vetements or Balenciaga, exaggerating '80s-style shoulders to the extreme and sizing up on outerwear (slitely being remembered of Frankenstein's signature look or questioning yourself if you will be able to easily walk through the door at the subway or your favourite restaurant without getting stuck). So the often disgraced winter apparel world got a lot of action on the runway, with styles cropped and pulled down off the shoulder. I like this tendency but allthough this trend of sharp edges and extreme flared cuts make people look tinier and thinner, I guess you don't necessarily need to follow every extreem leed being suggested. Maybe there is a way to hit the middle. At least that's what I tried.
